Not from the post office you can't!! Look I don't cheat anyone on shipping and you can see the postage you are paying for right on top of the pkg, I do credit back any money left over from shipping even a dime! I can't use paypal shipping because my computer didn't match my new printer i bought ..so now i don't have a printer...
