www.listia.com/rules. The seller is fully responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to ensure against damage or loss from normal shipping practices. Adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation is highly suggested since it is the only way to protect the seller in case the package is missing. Tracking is usually free with UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority when buying postage online.

and you have 7 days to ship item out and if no tracking # to proove you sent them.. the credits will be returned.. I only give 2 weeks to receive then request credits back.. 6 weeks to receive something is outragious...
actually if a person does not want to return credits it is up to listia and they will give them back even if you dont have enough credits!! they will make your account negative!
they technicaly don't have too if they don't enter to cause listia isn't the one in charge of giving back the credits its the person that put up the auction n sorry to say but this auction is fake there's no real pictures besides a Google's image n.the person hasn't commented back so ya this has to b fake
You said, "If the shoes are not received within 2-6 weeks I apologize if they are lost .If I tell you I sent them they were sent ." Well, if the person that won never received them, and you can't prove you sent them, like with a tracking #, the buyer gets their credits back. Just letting you know that you might want to put a tracking # on the package, to protect you and the buyer.
