A quick growing favorite, Bouquet is a compact dill plant that produces umbels faster than many other varieties. Plant every few weeks to have dill all summer long. Use as an herb for cooking or canning, or plant to attract butterflies. They are a valuable host plant for the Black Swallowtail Butterfly. I get many complements on the beauty of this plant mixed in my flower bed. Cover with floating row crop covers if growing for culinary use only. I only water my seeds and seedlings, as they tend to be very drought tolerant. They are an annual in colder zones, but will self-seed for many years of enjoyment. I grow this one indoors in pots during the winter so I have fresh dill all through the season. I believe the "strong shall survive" in my garden. You will appreciate my motto!

Propagation Method: From seed, sow seeds indoors 6 weeks before last spring frost. Sow 3-5 seeds per pot. About 10 days before the last spring frost, begin hardening the plants to the outdoors. Transplant your plants to a sunny location.
