The listing, Camel Filter Lighter has ended.

Bought this at an antique store a while back and it doesn't really go with my lighter collection, not sure if you can refill this or not but if you can it still sparks so it should work.

Have you tried pulling it up to refill or maybe a little set screw is holding the striker and wick in?

Tried to pull it up, I do believe it comes out but I couldn't get a good enough grip to get it to come out, as for a screw set I don't see one.
