Oh, one more question. Have you ever used them before? Because Id like to use them with a dress that has a 5inch keyhole in the front. Do you think they would be visible?

Yes, and it would depend on where the keyhole sits on you. If it is slightly below the breasts in the center it might be visible, though they are just darker than the color of a band-aid, so I guess skin color would play a part in the equation as well. If the keyhole rides higher or just above the center it could work. I'm sorry if I'm not much help, but the flaps do grab on each side so could be visible with some styles.

Well, I guess if you stick the sides up higher it will give you more lift, but it is designed to lift somewhat, as a normal bra would, just without straps that show. Hope that helps :)
