I'm still trying to get an answer. I'm on hold with someone from ebay. I looked under the gift card section of ebay & didn't see any information regarding this although it did say you have to have a paypal account to use an ebay gift card & you can only purchase things from sellers whom accept paypal. I will keep you updated once I hear more.

Okay IIjake, After all that I finally get an answer of ebay gift cards can only be used in the US. So I'm guessing the answer to your question is no. I would think if you won and choose an ebay gift card and I bought it from ebay in the US that you could use it to purchase from ebay in the US, the seller would have to accept international shipping though & would have to accept paypal as a form of payment. Hope this helps.
