I thought it was the Hulk til I saw the fin like think sticking out of his back. My eyes aren't great. I will see if one of my grand kids can make it out or know what it is

The toy is the Abomination. The Abomination is an adversary of the Hulk. He was in the Hulk movie that starred Edward Norton.

Also the toy is from either McDonald's or Burger King whichever one carried the toys from the Hulk Movie.
