Never used Kathy Van Zeeland medium hobo. Soft camel colored cloth with gold sparkles, this purse boasts leather/metal trim with a sturdy leather/trimmed zipper complete with a solid metal crown pull. Front exterior side has a shiny leather trimmed metal plate with the designer's name engraved and plastic "stones. The back exterior side has a zippered pocket. Inside there is another zippered pocket and three leather trimmed pockets - one cell-phone sized. The strap has a 10inch drop, is heavy chain and leather and sits on the shoulder nicely. The hobo is 11 inches long and 9 inches deep at its middle. The fabric is extremely soft- the sparkles make it holiday special while the neutral color keeps it office- appropriate and an all year round purse. It was a gift and its just not my color :)
