This is a brand new phone! I bought this but then I was given a better one as a gift and so didn't need this one. Has a kickstand on the back and a hard phone case on it. I am unable to post a real pic but I have been buying and selling on Listia for a long time and have a great feedback rating. You will receive this phone.
As for the sim card question, each sim card is personalized for your unique phone number. That is why when you connect service they give you a new one.

I don't have a 4G phone but want one! THE SIM card factor is confusing me though. 3G phones come with SIM cards.....like my Droid Pro. Did it not come with one? if it did, shouldn't it be included if its needed for operation? I have Verizon currently. Should I check/confirm with them? just wondering. F&W! :)

Yes it does take a Sim card. You will receive a simcard free when you connect service with Verizon. I don't know anything about unlocking phones for other companies so I really am not sure. Thanks for watching!

tdub that only applies if the listing states free shipping. If listing is for exact shipping then she can offer free shipping for a certain number of credits. tdub I CAN and WILL put conditions on my shipping. According to Listia Rules you cannot apply conditions to free shipping. It is perfectly fine according to their rules to put in exact shipping and encourage higher bidding for free shipping. I have been selling and buying on Listia for a long time. Perhaps you should review the rules again yourself :)
