I bought this wig about 20 years ago, before I was brave enough to get a perm. Ended up wearing it about 3 times just to give the style a try and see peoples' reactions. Now my real hair is like this! No longer have the original box it came in, but it's been stored carefully.

It's a pretty dark golden blonde color. Or you could say light golden brown with blonde highlight strands mixed in.

This wig has stretchy comfort bands on the sides - see fourth to last picture.

The tag reads: 100% KaneKalon Spectrablend. Fiber made in Japan. Wig made and hand finished in China.

Styrofoam head not included.

Forgive me for asking but ... can this be washed and styled just like real hair? Or how do you care for this?

No problem! It's made of synthetic hair and has a permanent "perm". So I don't think it can be straightened. But I don't see why you can't put barrettes in, wear a ribbon or headband, etc. You can do an online search for how to care for a synthetic-hair wig. Thanks for asking.

When I came across this... I thought oh wow! This would be great to own. You see I have trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder)... Then after reading the other comments it made me realize how unimportant my issue is compared to others. Good Luck to Wish and Survivor...
