Hi Jmurshed,
As much as I hate to turn you away...lol...this is too big for a 4-5 toddler.
Under the arms/the chest area = 20 inches accross,
& the ribbing at the bottom is 15 inches accross.
It is sized more for a teen-ager/young adult!

Yes, It sure could be worn by a boy. I just wasn't "thinkin' ouside the box" when I put the auction up...lol. It was my grand daughter's so I was just thinking female, but there's nothing on it that makes it for one gender or the other. It's Disney brand and that is for both. Thank you for mentioning it!
