I am 51 and i have never had a cell phone before, so i would like to know what i need to do to get it to work. [ assuming i win the bid ]. Do i need to buy a cell phone plan and what would you say is the cheapest plan that i can get with this type of phone.

well this one has alot of scratches on the screen so if you dont mind them then bid away. As far as I remember I had this as a plan. You would go to your local AT&T store and hand them the phone telling them you want a plan. I believe you can make it a plan too, it is best to go to your local AT&T store and ask them if you can use a AT&T Samsung Sunburst can be used as a prepaid. I think I used it that way though
