Description

The listing, The Perfect Roast Chicken DIY has ended.

This is my OWN recipe that I use myself and has either been passed on from family members or from just inventing it myself. I am sure if you google you can probably find different variants of what I have but they are not the same. Besides, this way you know they at least taste good!! I'm a fat chick and fat chicks won't eat bad tasting food!!

Hi, I love to cook myself. this looks delicious. My question though is besides roasting which I could do would this recipe work in a rotissouri as well as a convection heated appliance? I like roasting but I also cook in the above to as well. I wondered because it looks wonderfully juicy by the pic. thanks for listing.

I've never tried it that way but only because I don't have a rotisserie oven but I don't see why you couldn't. I bet it would be fantastic like that!

sounds good to me. I always worry that sometimes some of the seasonings used might dry out the chicken if not done the way listed in the recipe. Thanks for responding and I'll be watching thanks.
