Of course she wasn't TRYING to be offensive. It's my observation that the vast majority of those "please ship free internationally" requests (and sometimes they are demands) come from the same country. Guess which one.....It gets to be predictable.

Incidentally, if you checked, you'd see that the requesting party only offered free shipping in that country and NOT internationally.
