Stamp has never been out of this plastic shell. 1991 stamp from 1941: A World at War collection. 29 cent Civil Defense Mobilizes Americans At Home. You are bidding on this stamp only, not the collection. This is the gold version, not full color, still in shell.

-At the end of the auction, I will send ONE email. If you do not reply after 7 days I will keep your credits as per listia rules.

No, it is way too risky to send cash in the mail and can't guarantee It would get here. money order only, until I get a pay pal account.

Yes but if i bid alot and no one else bids i am screwed out of the credits because i dont do money orders and u dont do refunds

Well, I don't really care how many credits this goes for. Regardless of how many, I am shipping it out within an hour of receiving payment. So I guess your time is very precious to you, or you are just lazy. Either way, not my problem. If you want the item, bid on it. If you win, send me a money order and I will immediately ship out. If you don't want the item, for whatever reason, then stop commenting on it. I explained how I accept payment. There are obviously other people willing to trust me, as they have bid on it already. If you don't want to send a money order for shipping payment, then stop hassling me and stop commenting. Your time is not precious to me. If it was so precious to you, you wouldn't be sitting there talking back and forth knowing I am only going to accept a money order. But respect is very important to me. If you can't do that, you will be blocked. Have a nice day. And good luck in the auction.

To the current high bidder, 30 minutes left. Looks like you are going to get this pretty cheap. When you win, i will send you my address so you can send the money order.
