does this come with program disc for your computer so that you can up load it ? i have windows 7 is it compatable for that ?

No software with it, however Win7 media center will auto upload devices if you set the preferences to do so..... that being said, if you have a card reader for this, yes it will work fine, if not some machines wont recognize older cameras - mine does but my daughters Dell won't and we both have Win7 pro so...........
