Out of the 5 rare, one is always a holo and is the equivalent of having 5 packs. Cards are in very good - new condition. The pack pictured is what the winner will receive, so you will in fact get the Torterra holo in the photo.

These packs are made to have a wide variety of cards, there should be minimal repeats. But I can't guarantee perfection.
