The listing, Sony Cyber-shot 3.2 MP Digital Camera has ended.

2004 Sony Cyber-shot Digital Camera. It has some use, and a few scratches, but works great. I have used this camera up until just a few months ago for all of my family snapshots and for item listings on Ebay. It takes terrific shots that are very clear and has great color. Camera comes with one 128MB Memory Stick and two complete and rechargable batteries (4 batteries) with charger. If you have any questions please ask. This would make a great gift for a child or for anyone who just has not gotten around to purchasing a digital camera yet!

Is this the camera that can take a picture by scanning back and forth to make a big pic smaller?

I don't know for sure what you are meaning, but you cannot scan while taking the pic if that is what you mean. There are settings to make the picture closer or further away both before you shoot it and after it is shot...you can increase the size of the picture pretty good..I'm not sure the exact amounts, but it is good enough that I have used it to post pictures of coins on Ebay with good detail..and that isn't easy...thank you for asking.
