Description
The listing, Generic juicy couture women perfume has ended.
Never been used since the smell gives me an instant headache. Was a gift a few years ago.
I ship only on the 1st and 15th regardless of auction end date. No exceptions since that's when i go to the post office.
Absolutely no refunds after i ship. Its not my responsibility once i give it to the post master. The only time i give refunds is if something happens to it before i ship it. no exceptions!
Questions & Comments
Once a dispute is filed and you cannot come to a compromise it is then up to Listia Moderators to determine wether or not a person gets a refund. It's not up to the seller. Per Listia Rules: You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.
The seller is fully responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to ensure against damage or loss from normal shipping practices.
Adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation is highly suggested since it is the only way to protect the seller in case the package is missing. Tracking is usually free with UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority when buying postage online.
um its just like Ebay but with the points. I get the credits from the winner and then the winner gives me thier address on the auction page and i ship then they say they got it when they do and leave a review.
