The listing, TWO - 2 Franc French Coins has ended.

Here's a good example of what war will do to an economy.

The 1925 2 Franc coin is made of bronze and has a good weight to it. Keep in mind 1925 was AFTER WWI, and BEFORE WWII.

The 1943 2 Franc coin was made DURING WWII. It's made of who-knows-what....looks like some kind of aluminum alloy, and essentially has no weight to it. You hold it in your hand....and it feels like there's nothing there. Basically....worthless!

Nice collector's coins....with good history!
