The listing, D-Link Wireless / WIFI Router has ended.

D-Link DI-614 Wireless-B (802.11b) router with a WAN port for your DSL modem and 4 wired Ethernet ports on the back. It will be reset to factory default settings before being sent out, includes the A/C adapter and antenna.

*No software is required to setup the router, just log into it from any web browser and use the web interface to set it up.

It should work on any laptop with Wireless B.G. or N capability.

Yes, but my understanding is that not all of the PS3's (sorry I'm an X-Box-er, so this is not my area of expertise) have built in WIFI, in which case it would have to be connected to one of the Ethernet ports on the router with a network cable.
