These balloons can be blown up with good old fashioned lung power or used with helium. Each balloon has a small LED light in the top center which lights up the entire balloon in a soft glow. These balloons are advertised as staying illuminated for up to 15 hours, and I can attest to them lasting sometimes two full days before the lights finally fade out. These are great for evening parties, great for costumes, awesome to float in your pool or pond for an evening party, and also a neat way to light a room (fill with helium). The light is inside the balloon which makes it waterproof. Lighting the balloon is very simple and consists solely of pulling a plastic tab from within the balloon.
