Yes it does, i should of taken a picture of the back, i'm sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!! if no ones bid i still can, the other didn't, if you picture of the back i can send it through e-mail of cell phone or what ever way you want the info !!!!!!!!

I love stamps and bought these when they were issues. I gave them to my nephew, in a glass frame that shows the front and back. i wanted to mention it, so if any bidders were interested, it was a really clever idea. good luck! this is my first day looking around on Listia, trying to get the system down. your reply is appreciated. I hope someone who loves stamps gets them.
