It has a CAMEO type finish that is found in all " PROOF " coins. NO, The only time there is a certificate is when the the come in a MINT SET, such as the 2006 or 2001 that I have for sale. Coins do not have a certificate unless they are graded by a coin GRADING FIRM like PCGS or NGC and few others....Those that help!!!!

Today it all depends on the coin, YOU know US government they try to make is as cheap as possible they won't tell you that. THE saca and most Proof like the SACA and the Presidential are made of 6% zinc, 3.5% Manganese, 2% nickel and the last one 88.5% copper.......I hope that helps....TKS.....Patrick
