I promise i am not being rude, just i do understand that u may not know alot about computers but windows just part of the program that it is running. when u first turn it on it will say either windows 7 or windows 8 or windows xp or windows vista can u see what it says when u turn it on? i dont know a whole lot about them either and i am constantly learning new things everyday. thank you

even if you cannot update your listing (you definitely can tho), you could still hit Reply and answer the questions people are asking in your replies. Please let us know the MODEL #, and if there are any problems with the computer, also does it come with the charger/battery, etc. If you give us the model no. we can look up the specs online. Need more info if you want to get lots of bids! ;)
