Hello. I think it would be okay for your Lab. I have a daschund/jack russell mix, who chews everything and he has the blue one of this toy. My dog hasn't destroyed his yet; however, he destroys everything. It is durable but not solid. The best toys for dogs who chew, I think, are the Hartz ones that are made of fabric that they cant get their teeth into and rip apart. This toy for bid is a good toy for dogs who like to play and chew. Thanks for your question.

I am so sorry, I did not see your question until now. No it is not a Kong toy; however, it is a great dog toy. My dog has a blue one of this toy and he carries his around the house with him....good, long lasting toy. Thanks for your question.

Hello. I think she would grow into it. At this stage, fabric dog toys would be better for her mouth and teeth...something soft that wont be a hard surface for her teeth. Thanks for your question. Have a great day!

I was just asked if the toy squeaks...so everyone knows: yes it will squeak if you squeeze it in the middle along the long area between the 2 ball ends. Happy Bidding!
