It can be used on any Bluetooth capable device. It is 1/2 the size of a PS3 controller. Rather small and yet comfortable at the same time. I played with one in the store, so responsive and amazing.

No. Xbox is not Bluetooth, sorry.

Not, it is Bluetooth only. It has a USB cable that charges the unit when connected to a USB port, but your PC or Mac must be Bluetooth enabled to use.

That I am not sure about. On the box it says supported by PC, Mac, and Android versions of the Steelseries Engine Application. I know PS3 controllers are Bluetooth though. This product hasn't even been out a month yet, so it is really really new.
