It says I haven't replied to you about this. I'm pretty sure I left a comment for you. LOL I don't know what is going on. Maybe I didn't. LOL But anyway, I have never seen a Mother Goose player and I'm not young. :)

Here is a link that shows what she looks like. http://www.thestrong.org/online-collections/nmop/1/45/104.586 My Grandma got her for me back in 1986. She works just like a Teddy Ruxbin does. Except her tape player is under her left wing and her batteries go under her right wing. :-)

:o( Hmmm well if you google 1986 talking mother goose it should come up. I found a short video of it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35RvIlNpi3E But the video has Mother Goose and Hector the ugly duckling... but I don't have Hector because my Grandma passed away before she could get it for me. I think I am gonna see if I can find Hector online somewhere. :o)

Oh,saw the Mother Goose!! Love it!!! Surprising that it still works. But,seems like things made that long ago, they seem to last longer then the stuff today. Thank you for finding it for me to see. Have a Great Friday!!!!

Yeah seems like everything that is newer that I buy for my kids is more expensive and doesn't last long. LOL. Well hopefully I win these tapes. :o)

I know what you mean. Buying for my grand kids, have to watch what you get,so it will last at least a week. It would be so nice if some of the older toys were more accessible, and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. LOL
