according to the dictionary - hank= a skein, as of thread or yard. I've bought "hanks" of beads with anywhere from 20-300 beads on them! I think the term "hank" refers to the string itself, & not the # of beads. Sorry for the confusion.

Sorry. Seed bead hanks come 10 small strands to a hank which equals a yard of them. I should have been more clear. Sometimes the beading industry does not use the dictionary. LOL Sorry, you took offence- only trying to help.
