Outer layer for that adorable factor
Waterproof layer to prevent leaks of 1 mil pul or non-wicking Procare
Fleece liner in a coordinating color
Soaker is separate and is made from 2 thick layers of terry cloth with 2 layers of Zorb sewn in the middle."
