this a samsung blackberry phone , also a pre-paid service thru straight talk , please don t ask questions about memo or specs , i don t know alot about phones, i just upgraded it to a galaxy smartphone. ill try to answer what i know , phone has charger and works great,

samsung didnt make a black berry, look under the battery for the model of the phone please it might be a r355c

if you activate with phone card, you will not need , wifi to connect. wifi is mainly for your web browser thank you , ( not i checked with straight talk and this is what they had told me . thank you

no , you can do the 30 dollar plan , its best with unlimited ,(only $45.00)

This is one of the first phones straight talk came out with it uses Verizon towers (CDMA) so it will not take/need a SIM card to activate. Unless you are referring to an SD card to store pictures, in that case yes it will take one of those :) hope this helps :)
