This is a Juniors size XL dressy looking blouse.....I wore it one time, so it's almost BRAND NEW....It has a u-shaped neckline with a 3 layer ruffle all the way around the neck (used as a collar). Satin feel with elastic at the waistline. Very nice when on......Brand is "Heart and Soul". No stains, rips or tears; however it doesn't come from a smoke free home...This will be perfect for a date with that special someone or good for the office. As always, shipping is free.
