This is a brand new Fisher Price Music Box Record Player, which was bought for the grandchildren, opened, put batteries into Music Box Record Player to see if it would work, and then it was put on the shelve and never touched again! (This could be consider a rarely used item in excellent condition and the grandchildren have also moved out of state.)
This Classic Fisher Price Music Box Record Player is a replica of the one introduced in 1971, which is a plastic wind-up toy that can be carried by it's yellow handle and store all five plastic records 4 -1/2" dia each) by slotting them into a handy side/rear compartment.
Each of the five records is a different color and two-sided, with a different song molded onto each side, which reveal a total of 10 songs. The classic nursery rhymes songs on the records are:

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
Farmer in The Dell
Where Oh Where has My Little Doge Gone
