In 1953 my parents traveled to Majorca, Spain, and among the many lovely things purchased and not thrown out was this beautiful Wine Decanter Bottle.

The glass is not clear but is hand blown and the color of the glass is a light greenish-blue, and is tied with the original aquamarine cord when purchased in 1953.

The label is still on the bottle and depicts a Spanish fan and is labeled ANIS. I believe that is the Spanish word for Anisette (which is very popular in the French Quarter of New Orleans...namely the Old Absinthe House).

The bottle has its original cork which is crumbling, but has not been removed. I believe this gives the bottle character, but you may choose to replace it.

The bottle is 6 inches tall, the spout is 7 inches from top to base, and the bottom of the bottle is 3 inches in diameter.
