It is a proxy bid.. Listia only uses enough of a persons bid to win.. So lets say the first person bids 500 . They will be winning it for 1 credit and then the next bids 200 , well the person who bid 500 will still be the winner for 202 credits and then lets say you bid 300 , well you were out bid by the 500 bidder still so now the first bidder is still winning it for 303 ... It's not that someone keeps outbidding you , it is that you haven't bid enough to win yet ... I would suggest that you just bid all you got and cross your fingers ..LOL
