Description

The listing, Dark Knight Rises Dvd with option of Blu-Ray (PURCHASED BRAND NEW Dec 4th) has ended.

Recieved a request to list this auction from a previous bidder that won my auction for the BRAND NEW RELEASE auctions I was doing a month back.

Willing to bring that auction back so here it is. I will purchase this in DVD format for the winner if credits go out under 20k.

If the auction ends with 20k or more I will get it in DVD or Blu-ray (winners choice).

*If its available in 3d I will purchase that if credits reach/exceed 30k, that's if its coming out in 3d and the winner wants it in that format.

*Please contact after the auction (if over 20k) and let me know whether you want it in DVD or Blu-ray. I will purcahse on Dec 4th when it hits Walmarts shelves and ship it off to you.

It is shipping outta Canada, it is compatible with Canada and US dvd/blu-ray players.
For overseas members that plan to bid please keep in mind that your machine must be region free in order to play. I will not refund credits so please understand.

Starting bid is 499 so begin the bidding to get it in the format you wish to receive. If it does well I may relist so someone else gets another chance. Good luck!!
Please provide your listia verifed address after the auction for prompt shipping. If not receieved in 7 days I will keep the credits.

Hi, ur correct " I infact don't have it yet in hand and its not released" Auction stayed I will purchase it on Dec 4th for the winner. That's why I'm offrting a chance for the winner to get it in Dvd; blu-ray; 3d because I don't have the movie yet but will purchase it. Same as Listia's auctions for stuff in their rewards auctions. They don't physically have what they are offering but order it for the winner at the end of the auction. Hope I explained enough to your satisfaction. Thank you for asking. Good luck if you decide to bid.

Lol, just passing on the info a Listia moderator said to me once as I had it happen to me. Left my laptop on the coffee table logged into Listia, stepped out for a smoke. Come in to the laptop moved outta place; all five my children playing in the kids room so figured maybe the dogs bumped the table. To then go back on Listia to notice half on my credits were missing as they'd been locked in somewhere other then what I was aware of. One of my three boys had bid my credits out on a ds lite. Made no sense to me why they would cause it was for an ugly pokemon edition with a couple of the games. All my children had ds lites and all the pokemon games already. They had locked in over 200k on the stupid thing and I was livid cause they didn't even offer shipping to Canada so if I was stuck with it I could atleast relist it. Filed with Listia, all they could offer was basically what I told that member and lowered my bid down so it would only be 50 credits above the lowest bidder so then when the next bidder came along they'ed outbid me if they did atleast 51 credits more. It's scary though, know the feeling. Experienceed it about a year ago and learned my lesson...LOL

*please mind the typos in the comment to joefelo22's question. It's too early for me and my cell phone likes to mess up words occasionally...lol. *Auction "stated" I would purchase this on Dec 4th. That's why I'm "offering" a chance....

It's your responsibility to protect your accounting info here on Listia. You will remain the winner until someone outbids the bid your brother has placed (several times they've done it) I suggest you inform the other watchers of the highest bid you have locked in so someone that Really wants it can jump it instantly. If you win it will be yours, no refunds. Lock your account up so stuff like this don't happen.

BTW since listia always puts up a brand new DVD or Blu-Ray every Tuesday, I bet my eyeteeth that this Tuesday they will also have this Batman up for auction as well? Don't matter to me 1 way or the other I'm watching yours & hoping I can build more credits up?

True; Listia does usually list new release movie titles but I've always seen most of them put up a week before their release date onto Dvd/blu-ray. I'm honestly amazed to see I'm not competing against theirs for this same movie..lol Usually when I lust one for a brand new not yet released movie I'm always dealing with Listia auction too. I have the Men in Black 3 up and so do they right now too, but not this one yet. Maybe they only do them up early like that if they think there will be a lot of interest in it?? Either way, mine is doing well so if they do one it will probably do better as everyone feels they must win it from Listia to ensure they get it. Mine is coming with tracking so I know its protected and it will rush it quicker in the mail. Good luck if you bid on mine or Listia's.

Sorry, that was to say I plan to ship tomorrow as long as the winner fails to contact on time that will be the only delay on getting it out.
