This belt is really cute but too big for me now. I would say all though it is tagged a M/L would fit a L better. I wear a M and it is a little big on me. The back has an elastic panel that stretches. The rest is a fuax leather red/black houndstooth print in stiff faux leather. There is some damage to the faux leather on the buckle strap. Tt is flaking along the top edge. (see picture number 4) This is a great goth or rockabilly piece. In order to ship this so it doesn't get damaged it will be considered an over sized package and I may not be able to combine shipping on this item.
