3 sets of hard to find world stamps premium collectors fine used stamps-these stamps are not paper & soak stamps---they are in like mint state condition, but used---the sets consist of 6 stamps from kyrgyzstan,formerly a republic of the soviet union---6 stamps from uzbekistan,formerly a soviet union republic, and 5 stamps prior to the soviet union breakup---these stamps are 20-25 years old -this from my collection--super nice---you will like these sets---free shipping----

There is a great difference between "precancels" and "cancelled-to-order" stamps. These appear to be "cancelled-to-order"...just so no one is confused by the language.
