The flap says 1990 on it. Are you sure that's not the year of manufacturing?

You are correct on the year of manufacturing. Many of these items were produced for years following WWII, in order to cater to the Collectors demand for Wartime Memorabilia. This Parade Cap is in MINT Condition 22 years after it was made. I have 2 available in my collection and I'm letting 1 of the 2 go here on Listia!!!
