The listing, Plus SIZE Black Skirt has ended.

Never Been worn with Tags. I've had in my closet for a few years, tried on many times but have never brought myself to wear it. I've ranged from an size 18 down to a size 12 and it's fit every time. The waist band is elastic. Tag says XL.
I have thrown it in the dryer a few times to get the wrinkles out. Even with the tags on.
It's a really cute 3 tiered skirt I bought at mode plus.
the pic if the measurement is at the middle if my waist. it really fits from a 32 waist and stretches at least to 40" . I say that because it gets over my hips (which aren't small..lol)
smoke free, pet free home.
I took pictures of front, back and inside skirt. If you want more pics or info then let me know.

I'm a size 18-20-22 it depends on the make of the clothes. Should that skirt fit me.

It's really hard to say. the waist stretches nicely but the skirt part not so much. I will measure around the bottom of the skirt and get back to you. =)
