It's made out of what seems to be glass or a really hard glass-like plastic.And it's about 1 1/2 in. tall.I bought it at a comic store a while back.

Do you have the box it comes in? They are made out of a PVC/Crystal mixture,sounds strange but from the research I've done on them that is what most people have said.

@TexansWatt ya there is a bunch of these out there if you look on amazon they go for $31 per dragon ball because they are made out of acrylic.
