i have this exact phone and i bought my brand new it freezes up often and well its a good phone other than that but i want this so im going to try my best to get it if it was a droid it would b 55 a month and then drop down to 45 then to 40 then to 35 as i am now at 35 a mont unlimited

yes. that's why when ever anyone receive it they would need 55$ inital payment to reactivate the phone.

yes, the charger is included, it is a clam shell style phone its been refurbished, all you would need is. 55$ in a boostmobile phone card for the inital starting payment, no credit check, no nothing its prepaid. and then every 6 months your payment drops 5 $ till you get down to 40$
