Garden huckleberries are an easy to grow heirloom fruit that have a taste similar to blueberries. The plants are covered with dark purple berries that are very decorative. They make an interesting garden accent.

Easy to harvest - no thorns! Each plant is covered with berries, often enough for a pie from a single plant!

I will include 25+ seeds and my huckleberry pie recipe and directions for making huckleberry syrup. Delicious!

Done it take at least 3 years to get a good crop off the berrys. That's how blueberrys work...

No, these are an annual plant. They grow from seed and produce in the same year. You are thinking of the hardwood huckleberry bush. These are GARDEN huckleberries. The taste is very similiar, the only difference that I can tell is that these need a longer cooking time and a bit more sweetening. I send complete growing instructions and a few of my recipes. These make a delicious jelly.
