The listing, Vintage Art Deco Clocks (2) has ended.
I love the faces on these two kitchen clocks from the 1940's - 1950's!! Very Art Deco. The clock on the left does not have a cord. The original cord was fat and cracked and falling apart. I was brave enough to plug it in and it did work but I did not plug it in long enough to see if it kept accurate time. I removed the cord. The name on the face of the clock is DORAY DEFROSTER TELECHROM MOVEMENT. No cracks or chips. This clock could still be used as a decorator piece. The clock on the right keeps accurate time. I had it plugged in for 24 hours and it was as accurate as a digital clock. The plastic case is a little yellowed but still very presentable. The writing on the face reads: TELECHRON, TELECHRON INC. ASHLAND, MASS. U.S.A. No cracks or chips. The cord is longer than it looks, most of it is pushed inside the clock but can easily be lowered. Postage can be paid thru PayPal. I will ship parcel post with insurance if you are willing to pay for it. Please read the description and ask questions. .....the square clock measures 6 1/2" x 7". Rounded top clock measures 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" .
