does this have the cap with it?

I've never opened it so im sure if they normally come with a cap it has a cap. But from the looks of the Box it looks like it is the brush on kind that you dip the brush into the bleach. You can always go to sallys beauty supply store and buy caps if you wanted to do it that way though. the bleaching chemical works the same ether way, just a different technique on how to apply the bleach.
