Here is what the description said when I won them:

Hand made by a Local Portland Artist, these barrettes are fashioned out of broken, and salvaged costume jewelry. These are All Unique and can be consisdered limited edition, due to the fact I have about Ten Sheets of these. After that thats it. No more magical barrettes.
