So the plastic form is in package? Is there a pattern on the plastic form? So all you really is the thread?

It is only the instruction sheet with a plastic stencil that you can cut out the shapes for the quilt (you can see it in the picture) you trace the stencil onto the fabric and cut out multiple pieces to construct the quilt - this is not strip piecing.
