I was surprised and over-joyed to find this offer! A friend gave me this recipe years ago along with a jar of starter and I had cakes enough to freeze for months. Since I love fruitcake this cake is the next best thing. I just add nuts when making the cake.

When I originally got this it was direct from an Amish person. I no longer have that copy but this recipe is the same.

I'd just like to say the people who use auto - bid are as good as cheating. It doesn't give other bidders a chance to win an article fairly. I'm not bidding against a computer!
