Official Nintendo brand AC adapter for recharging power in the Game Boy Advance. Appears to be in great condition, although I have never had a GBA to test it with.

It was hard to get a clear shot, but it's basically a boxy "D" shape. Also, the voltage:

Input: AC120V 60 Hz 4W
Output: DC3.3V 350mA

If it fits and the voltage is too different from what your DS needs, it could be dangerous, so please look it up (may be printed on the bottom of your DS)!
