No, prestoneaton9. It will be too big and might just cause problems for the PSP, especially since it is a slim. They sell 2000 batteries for cheap on a lot of sites.

it works great all u need is that battery but it still works if u have it pluged in and its updated to a 6.00

You don't have to update to 6.0 unless your planning on using the play station network. I'd leave it on its current firmware so the winner can decide if they want to leave it as is and mod it or update it.
